REQUESTS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE
Forum’s seats for disabled are limited and must be reserved in advance. One accompaining person of at least 18 years old is allowed per each single disabled person.

Please write down in the email the following information:
– which day you want to attend the event;
– specify whether the disabled person is ambulatory or non-ambulatory;
– attach a valid certificate of disability.
The place will be assigned according to the arrival date of the reservation and according to seats availability. Priority will be given to requests of disabled with accompaining person who needs continuous assistance.
Once you will receive your booking confirmation by email you will receive all the information about tickets withdrawal and payment, access to the reserved parking area and access to the venue. You will receive an answer also in case your request will be rejected due to no more available seats.
Please note that the ticket is entitled to the disabled spectator. The free admission is provided only for one accompaining person of legal age. Only one accompaining person is allowed for each disabled person.
